I never thought that Perun could bring interest among foreign colleagues astrophotographers.
I’m really happy. It is worth being 100% committed and persistent in pursuing goal. It is worth having a plan and implementing it consistently to celebrate such moments like this.The Perun project required money, a lot of work and time, which I will never get back, but the joy it gaves me is priceless.
Starting from version 3.0, users can independently update the firmware of SynScan controllers for NEQ mounts. Simply download the latest software version from the Sky-Watcher website and perform the update following the instructions provided here.
At some point while using the controller, I noticed that the ESC button wasn’t always working. I lived with it, but after a while, the left Ra button also started acting up and wouldn’t always connect. A red flag went up in my head – something needed to be done. A heater-tape powered from the USB port of the powerbank, is ideal for reducing dew on the lens and even eliminating it totally.
